The purpose of this application is to request access to the Sm@rtBuy as a Requisitioner. A Requisitioner is a York employee who typically does purchasing, particularily on behalf of his/her unit or department. The requisitioner role enables the user to find items and create shopping carts from catalogues (hosted and punch-out); use forms for non-catalogue and specialty items; enter chartfields and submit requisitions for approval.
